Moriarty Associates Limited provides a valuable and cost-effective business valuation, forensic accounting and litigation support service.
We are regularly instructed by solicitors and barristers, including Kings Counsel, to provide independent expert opinions on business or share value, and on other disputed financial and commercial matters. We also provide expert opinions directly to company directors, private business owners, and other individuals requiring assistance to establish values or resolve disputes.
In all instances our independent expert reports:

We are regularly called upon to attend mediation, arbitration, and Court to give evidence as an Expert Witness. This expert testimony is delivered with professionalism, credibility, and authority.
Whilst we have offices in Auckland and Tauranga, we service clients throughout New Zealand and overseas. At all times we are responsive and work hard to meet deadlines and deliver a first-class service.
Our Fees
We operate on a competitive hourly rate basis and ordinarily provide a fee estimate in advance of undertaking any work.
